NORMALLY WE TRY OUR BEST TO GET YOUR ORDERS TO YOU WITH 48 HOURS AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER BY 7PM.

However our lead times are now 2-3 days from your order. If you plan your needs at least 3 days in advance you should be ok.

During high demand times, we are unlikely to contact you of a delivery time and date. During these times, we focus our efforts in getting your order packed and delivered as soon as we can.

Please plan your needs at least 3 days in advance. No one likes to run out of food !

 

We deliver Auckland wide. At present we are unable to deliver outside of Auckland.

Please contact us on 0223553586 if you would like us to clarify if we deliver to your address. A quick Text message is best.

Deliveries generally take place daily OVER 7 DAYS.

We normally deliver between 5am – 9pm except weekends. In the weekends we will deliver up to 6pm. Our delivery drivers understand that you may not be up at that time of the morning or night. They ensure that they are as quiet as possible when making the delivery to limit disturbance.

Couriers

We have partnered with a professional courier company. They have been in business for over 30 years. Therefore we can now provide a delivery service from midday to 9pm, Monday to Friday and afternoons on Saturday and Sunday. This service is for Auckland Metro only at this stage. For Greater Auckland, please call or message us.

For courier items, live tracking is available. This is setup for Auckland Metro only when the order is dispatched.

Our site is also registered with Auckland Council for NP3 – National Programme 3 under the
Food Act 2014. Our site registration number is – AKC012985 Fresh Fruits & Veges

Auckland Metro delivery charges for orders are $10 for any number of boxes.

For most of Greater Auckland delivery charges are $14.95.

For some outer Auckland areas, please some refer below. For other outer Auckland areas please call or message for clarification.

 

Great Barrier Island:

We can deliver your order to Auckland Domestic for smaller orders. For larger orders with more than 5 boxes you would need to engage a courier company.

Great Barrier Air at present (01/09/2021) charge $1.50 per kilo. For most Fruit and Vege boxes, this seems to equate to around $15-$22.You will need to pay the fee at Claris Airport to have your goods released to you.

Group / Community ordering – We have many customers who belong to a group, official or unofficial, or are from a community. For example, in some of the outer suburbs of Auckland, delivery costs can be higher. Some of our customers in these areas have been able to form groups and order using an allocated order number. So, persons in a group can order individually through our website using the allocated order number. Please call us to discuss further and be allocated an order number, so that delivery will not be charged. Usually, a minimum order in total of $100 will suffice. Ideally if we can deliver once or twice in a week to outer Auckland areas, that helps to keep our costs down as well.
